Professor Vlatka Ariaana Hlupic (shown on the right with Baroness Lidia Antunes on the left) is one of the world’s most influential, award-winning thought leaders on individual and organisational transformation, an activist for humanising management.

She is the founder and CEO of Management Shift Solutions Limited, Professor of Leadership and Management at Hult International Business School (Ashridge) and is former Visiting Professor in the Department of Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London.

In 2012 she created the 6 Box Diagnostic toolbox software with software developer Peter Blue. This toolbox consists of a questionnaire and data analysis system that creates a PDF report on the possible problems inside an organisation.



She has authored of two books :-
